Mentoring Resources
Wayne State University is committed to fostering healthy and strong mentoring relationships to support the success of faculty and staff. Below are resources to support these relationships and guide discussion about faculty/staff mentoring.
I have always had mentors and still do. The are examples for me and give me advice. Sometimes I got great advice and sometimes advice that I didnt think fit me. In both kinds of situations, having someone help me think about me research, teaching and career choices was always a help. -Keith E. Whitfield, Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs
