This dashboard allows users to visualize and sift through the previous six years of graduation data at the doctoral level so that they can better understand the recent trends in doctoral graduates both broadly and at a granular level. It allows one to identify institutions (departments) that should be included in direct outreach when undertaking faculty hiring.
