The annual review process is for faculty members and academic staff on term appointments and is intended to provide feedback to mentor faculty and academic staff members.

Selective salary

The selective salary program is the AAUP contract-mandated process for the recommending of merit increases, over and above the across the board cost of living increase that may be given.
