Annual review

The annual review process is for faculty members and academic staff on term appointments and is intended to provide feedback to mentor faculty and academic staff members.

Salary review

Annually, all members of the WAU AAUP-AFT bargaining unit (faculty and academic staff) employed on the last day of winter term and the first day of the following fall term will be considered for a salary review adjustment and must be evaluated (see Article XII.B.4.a and 4.c and Article XXIV.I.A.3 and C.1–5).
