Salary review
Annually, all members of the WAU AAUP-AFT bargaining unit (faculty and academic staff) employed on the last day of winter term and the first day of the following fall term will be considered for a salary review adjustment and must be evaluated (see Article XII.B.4.a and 4.c and Article XXIV.I.A.3 and C.1–5).
Faculty Materials
Each faculty member is required to submit:
- an updated professional record for the last three (3) years
- a summary of teaching evaluations for the last three (3) years
