Graduate Council Meetings
New Graduate Programs are reviewed by the New Programs and Program Review Committee of the Graduate Council through CourseLeaf.
Graduate Council meetings take place from 2-3:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month with the exception of the months of June, July and August.
Meetings will be offered in a hybrid format. In-person they take place at the Community Room (3rd floor) of the David Adamany Undergraduate Library.

Board of Governors Meetings
Proposals to "Establish" or "Discontinue" programs are due to the Office of the Provost by the dates below through CourseLeaf. Proposals approved by the Board of Governors after the March meeting are not guaranteed to be available for the subsequent fall semester.

In all cases, the Board of Governors review will be conducted under the Provost step in the workflow. Documents submitted to the Board of Governors will need to be prepared and uploaded to this system, using the standard Board of Governors program proposal templates below:
